I have used RD Analytical since 2005 when they were part of Leatherhead Food International (LFI).
I have used them to carry out, or more often, sub-contract, a range of tests. Their links to a wide range of other labs, and especially to Leatherhead, are particularly useful, especially for some of my more unusual testing requests!
They have always shown a great "Can Do" attitude, and have been helpful in determining a range of testing possibilities on my behalf. They are also good at chasing up results from the sub-contractors, and sending me interim reports, to help meet my time constraints. They have also facilitated on occasions when I have questioned the accuracy of received results, and negotiated re-testing at no additional charge.
I have been very happy with the service I have received from RD Analytical, and this, with their links to other sub-contracting laboratories has made it unnecessary for me to look for any alternative.
